Interview/Application (including extensive work history)
License Verification/Skills Inventory
Knowledge of Practicum Test (includes medication administration)
Two (3) Work References
Proof of Current CPR Certification/other certifications as applicable
Physical Exam including titres for Rubella, Rubeolla, Varicella and Hepatitis B, PPD

MEDICAL STAFFING GROUP (MSG) guarantees that the Medical Personnel that MSG recruits and assigns to CLIENT will have the qualifications CLIENT requests. If CLIENT finds any Assigned personnel’s qualifications or general work-related behavior lacking and lets MSG know within one business day, MSG will not charge for the first shift of the assignment and will make reasonable efforts to replace the Assigned Employee immediately.

Quality Improvement
